Théophane Nzame-Biyoghe is a Gabonese writer, debater and chronicler.
His experience in the Gabonese civil society started in 2012, by the creation of the Youth in Action association, engaged to promote free expression of Gabonese youth on the social, political and economic issues of Gabon.
At the head of that organization, he took part, among other things, in the drafting of the National youth policy of Gabon. He later joined ‘‘ROJALNU Gabon’’ (partner of the United Nation’s system in Gabon) as International Relations Officer, then elected as Secretary General.
In that role, he actively contributed to the popularization in Gabon of the Millennium Development Goals and helped promote biometrics in electoral polls in his country, with the Gabonese Ministry of Interior.
After the 2016 Gabonese presidential election, he published in France his first book, entitled ” Plaidoyer pour une révolution sociale au Gabon’’ (Advocacy for a social revolution in Gabon). His second book, ” Nous redresser maintenant! ” (which could be translated as : (Let’s straighten our backs now), was published in 2018.
Member of Afrika Youth Movement since 2014, he was appointed in 2017 by One Young World as Coordinating Ambassador for the Central Africa region.

Sanaa Makawi is a feminist and a pan Africanist graduated from the faculty of Arts University of Khartoum. She has been working on women issues for more than 6 years in Sudan.
Since 2011, she has been engaged with Salmmah Women’s Resource Center in Khartoum in different capacities. Through her work, Sanaa developed experiences on studies and research, violence against women and youth empowerment.
She is also a member in different regional and international feminists allies and collations like women’s living under Muslims laws solidarity network.
Sanaa developed an interest in Sexuality and Reproductive justice issues on which she focuses now. she is recently part of the Institute of Reproductive health and Rights as program manager through her position she is a co-Founder and coordinator of Sudan Sexual reproductive health and Rights network. Moreover, Sanaa has a passion to research filed and she works as a research assistant in different advocacy action research and book projects.
Sanaa joined Afrika Youth Movement (AYM) in 2015. Her main goal has been to connect Sudanese youth to join the pan Africanist youth movement and develop awareness towards it. She believes that Sudanese youth under the Islamic regime were disconnected from their African identity because of the Arabization and Islamization project that started in 1989 after the Islamic military coup. She is now part of AYM gender equality committee.

In April 2014, Rotimi joined the #BringBackOurGirls campaign to demand government action over the abduction of over 200 girls in northern Nigeria and served as the group’s spokesperson.

Delphine Konda is a Cameroonian women’s right advocate with an unswerving passion for women’s empowerment and development-oriented initiatives geared towards poverty alleviation, girl child education and sexual and reproductive health rights.
Delphine founded Girls Excel in 2015 as a social impact organization that advocates for equal rights to opportunities for girls and young women in rural communities in Cameroon where women and girls have little or no exposure to basic opportunities like education and reproductive health education.
As a result of her commitment to girls and women’s empowerment, Delphine received global recognition by being named one of the most Outstanding Young Emerging Eemale Leaders in Africa by the Moremi Initiative in Ghana.
She was also named the Regional Ambassador for Girls Rising: a global campaign promoting education for girls and received 2018 Award in recognition of her work with girls in rural communities in Cameroon by the Crans Montana Forum during a high-level panel event under the patronage of the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium.
In her capacity as a trainer and facilitator, she impacted key events such as 3rd Africa- Europe Youth Summit, in the framework of the 3rd Africa-Europe Heads of State Summit in Brussels in 2014 and 13th, 17th and 18th editions of the University on Youth and Development in Spain.
Soon thereafter, she was appointed gender equality rapporteur for the 2014 World Conference on Youth in Sri Lanka. Delphine also served as board member of the Network of International Youth Organizations in Africa (NIYOA).
She holds masters in Media, Communication and Development from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science as a Chevening scholar.
She also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Masters of Arts in Governance and Development Policy from Centre Europeen de Recherches International et Strategiques (CERIS) and a double major degree in Women and Gender studies with law from the university of Buea, Cameroon.
